What does "1:1" and "top-tier" mean?

It means our pieces are made to a top-tier standard of detail, materials, and construction — produced in limited runs in our own Singapore factory and quality-checked before they ship. You're paying for quality and finish most sellers cut to hit a bargain price.

How much is shipping?

A flat 50¢ on every order, with tracking included — no matter how much you buy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to a range of select countries. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we deliver to your location.

How do I find my size?

Check our Size Guide for measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — or email us before ordering and we'll help.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is checkout secure?

Yes — checkout is encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system.
